Applying for disability for a special needs loved one is an overwhelming process. I was referred to Gregg Hobbie by a special needs support group. Gregg was clear and forthright. He will tell you exactly what steps you need to take to build your case. He answers every text and email within 24 hours. He felt confident that my medical problems and my age would make me a prime candidate for Social Security disability. He explained to me step-by-step what I needed to do and how long the process would take. They told me how much approximately I would get per month and they explain to me how much backpay I would get. They gave me my official date of disability which was in 2018. They gave me the month that they are going to start my backpay from in 2019. They also explain that the clock is still running on my backpay all the way up until I receive my first check. I can’t thank Greg Hobbie enough for making this process so painless. He was there every time I needed him and kept this claim moving forward every time Social Security had a question.I would recommend Greg Hobbie to anyone thinking of filing for Social Security disability.
