I recently used Attorney Jim Wagner when I sold my home. I like that he was easy to reach and answered my questions in a way I could easily understand. After a long and protracted Estate case which my siblings and I thought we “were never going to see the light at the end of the tunnel”, attorney Jimmy Wagner was able to negotiate a settlement. This is significant because prior to Mr. Wagner’s involvement, this case was on-going for approximately 11 years and at times it was stagnant.
