Noelle Halaby has done nothing short of an excellent job protecting me and my family from him. She has never overcharged me, or caused unnecessary litigation, or lied. Noelle has been representing me and my family’s best interests in complex and difficult custody issues, as well as managing my difficult ex-husband (e.g., someone who takes the time to look up my attorney and try to harm her reputation). She has stayed professional throughout my case, enduring irrational, slanderous, and verbally abusive behavior from my ex.
