Mr. Beard and his paralegal, Teresa are absolutly wonderful. We used Mr. Beard and Teresa for Power of Attorney, Guardianship of a Minor, and adoption. Not only was the fee more than reasonable, but they both went above and beyond to make sure each step in the process was seamless. Attorney Beard is the worst of all attorneys in the state. Please I request you to save your money and go elsewhere. He is only interested in your money and that’s about it, you as a person do not matter to this guy. No matter how many times you call him he doesn’t respond/return your calls and receptionist says that she can’t do a thing. If you are in an issue already and seek help from this attorney all you get is just disappointment.
