We worked with John at Blake Maislin’s office on a case where a lady rear ended us. It took a while to settle the case but me and my son are both okay with it. John fought to get us both a fair amount for our pain and suffering and to pay our medical bills. He was informative and patient with us as neither of us had been through this before. James Alexander and his paralegal, Jeremy were absolutely amazing. They worked very hard on my case and got me the best offer they could. I was ran off the road and wrecked my car into a building. The truck that ran me off the road fled the scene before I could get any information from him, so I essentially ended up filing a lawsuit against MY OWN insurance company. I could write an entire book on how great Blake and his law firm are. Our case was filed in 2013 and the trial just concluded. Over 9 years, and Blake handled it like a boss. When the defense was pushing he pushed back harder. He never backed down and always stood up for my daughter and the hell she went through. The case went all the way the appellate court and Blake won. He was nothing but spectacular.
