Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had a horrible experience with the law firm’s customer’s service. I called back as asked by one of the employees. While discussing the matter, the employee was rude, lacked of customer service and above all hung up on me before i could even put a word within this discussion. Being a law firm, I would’ve assumed they had the proper knowledge and training to approach more difficult matters. However, this firm does not answer to such criteria by far. While discussing the matter, the employee was rude, lacked of customer service and above all hung up on me before i could even put a word within this discussion.
