Ms. Richardson was amazing in assisting me with an ex parte and Domestic Violence Protective Order. She was attentive and sympathetic, understanding of my situation and great about working around my schedule as a mother of 3 who was working remotely. Very thankful for Legal Aid! Only downfall is the wait time when you call- I was on hold for 56 minutes and then got hung up on and when I called back the second time I was on hold for 42 minutes!!! THERE SHOULD BE A CALL BACK OPTION !!! I can understand them not being open because of the covid-19 virus but I was very disappointed that you couldn’t at least talk to someone about your legal problems, sometimes all you need is just to talk to someone to point you in the right direction with your situation
