Cherissa “Reese” and her team has gone above and beyond with my cases. She has been helping me the best she could do. She is always there when I have emergency come up. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Zero stars should really start becoming an option. The staff and attorney, Cherissa “Reese” Krajniak were completely negligent! I’ve spent majority of the 4.5months calling, writing emails, and leaving voicemails, all to which no one answers the phone or calls back. After a few months went by I discovered my case was still not filed! So what exactly were you doing with my case for the last few months! It’s really disappointing and discouraging because this being my first time needing an attorney and trusting someone to get the job done only to be dragged along is upsetting. So if you don’t care about communication or don’t have a deadline give them a ring. Oh but I did get my retainer back after emailing them to return it, they responded back within in 2 HOURS with a refund receipt, no explanation or apology.

Do not do business with this company who has unprofessional people doing nothing for you but draining your money/retainer by going to court and delaying the process, filing continuances for nothing. Legal services are not dependable anymore and if you raise your concerns they will withdraw from representing you, please do yourself a favor and look for a reputable attorney with great rating even if it cost you more because at the end of the day you get what you pay for!!!
