I spent 3 days calling roughly 4-6 times each day trying to have a consult with one of the lawyers. The front desk receptionist kept telling me different things every time. I gave them my name and number and said to have the lawyer please contact me when available. I kept following up and still nothing. Finally after 3 days of trying one of the front desk receptionists gave me an email of a paralegal that might be able to assist me until I could talk to the lawyer. I sent out that email immediately and never heard back from the paralegal either. It’s been over 2 weeks. You should not advertise so blatantly “free consult” on your website if your not going to follow through with your word. They only care about you if you give them money! If you go on their website your clearly drawn to a pop up stating “free consultation”. I spent 3 days calling roughly 4-6 times each day trying to have a consult with one of the lawyers. I came across the Lluis Law firm’s information. Read up on the background of the lead attorneys, their education and status with the Bar. I even reviewed the testimonials on their site. Then I read the poor review given just a short time ago (today is June 14, 2021). As I read the response from the merchant it had a typo in the first few words of the 1st sentence. The writer offered excuses for the reason they didn’t provide a simple call back to a would-be client seeking a consultation.
