Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueThey make it nearly impossible to get a hold of them. It’s constantly playing phone tag with time sensitive issues.The payments they accept are old school checks or money orders.They are very out dated and not user friendly. I have not run across a company that does not accept electronic checks or debit card payments. Even the post office takes debit cards, but not this disco law firm. I bet they still have wood paneling up in their offices too.They really make it a pain to give them money. First of all, I will tell you with some of the negative reviews about this law firm, I was very nervous about calling them on my credit card issue. I never received a letter from them telling me they were holding my account. Turns out, they had the wrong po box. The woman I spoke with was so awesome. She agreed to my payment arrangements and gave me info I needed to have so my payments could begin..she told me what to expect since my it was already filed in civil court. She was extremely informative and very very nice.. I’m glad i made the call..
