Her work on my case was mostly hidden and I got to know her during the trial. Opposing attorney had 3 witnesses over 12 exhibits and was going on for more than an hour, only brought back to order few times by her. When she spoke everyone was silent. it took her 10 minutes to dismantle their case and she wiped the floor with them. She was clear as shining beacon of light and her intelligence was her weapon. Few questions later the opposition felt like they were naked and everyone was aware of their true nature. I think the opposing attorney was without words. He had build this sure win case and had all those exhibits and witnesses but she destroyed it all in few minutes. She is the best attorney I came across and you should be lucky to have her on your site. Her intelligence, her integrity and knowledge shines in courtroom and I wish her the best.

My only regret is that I cannot give Lady Negin Yamini 10 stars for what she has done for me. I would trust this woman with my life if my life were to be hanging in the balance. She not only resolved my issue, but because of how she resolved it, it gave me an extra edge to negotiate a settlement with those who legally wronged me and totally saved me from having to do any further litigation. I had high hopes for Ms. Yamini at the beginning of retaining her. I was sold by her promising she would master the details of my case, which is exactly what I needed for my particular situation. However she paid very little attention to the details of my case once retained. Initially, she seemed to have compassion for my situation, and she was the only attorney willing to take my case for a flat fee which alleviated a lot of the stressors that I would have been dealing with had I been required to pay hourly. However once retained, Ms. Yamini treated my case like it was not a priority and not of high concern. Every attempt to explain to her what types of protections I needed in place for the very traumatic domestic violence, excessive stalking, vandalism, & burglary that I experienced was met with dismissive rebuttals. As a result, many protections that need to be in place are not currently there. The one bit of advice I would give to Ms. Yamini is that rebuttals are for the courtrooms, not for meetings with clients. She could stand to be a lot more empathetic. She could stand to be a lot more engaged in the details of the case. And she could stand to be a lot more attentive to exactly what is needed to PROTECT her clients when the case is resolved.

Negin was very reassuring and friendly, very aggressive in court (the pitbull in a skirt comment was right). I could tell she was trying her best with the way she reviewed my side of the story and how exhausted she was after court. Her rate is fair and she didn’t try taking advantage of me during a stressful situation.
