Out of the game. I started my divorce process with Mariani. Once it seemed a trial was unavoidable, she lost interest and seemed overwhelmed. Often had to leave court and have partner stand in, turned in hand written orders for judge to sign and pressured me to agreements that were unnecessary. Thankfully I changed attorneys and realized I didn’t have to pay alimony or sacrifice my property and custody rights. I would avoid if divorce is beyond simple mediation.
