The better attorneys will do their best to keep you out of the courtroom. Mr. Gomez and his staff have been very helpful advising us of our rights and what to be aware of when negotiating with the insurance company for a commercial vehicle who rear-ended our daughter. We were not looking for an ambulance chaser who would just get us a big payday, we needed an advocate and a professional to help us navigate unfamiliar legal territory. Mr. Gomez has been both without being pushy, causing unnecessary delays or setting unrealistic expectations.

Be cautious when hiring him. He lies to get what he wants. In my case, my ex hired him and he told my ex all the good stuff that he wanted to hear when in fact my ex got the worse end of it all. He and Jeff Hensley are horrible horrible attorneys. All I can say is be cautious.
