Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe elderly lady at the desk was Horrible, the service was horrible. All i need was a 5$ verbal agreement. She could did not help or advise on what was need at all.. tbh as long as she is working there i don’t recommend nobody coming here horrible business there services should be shutdown and canceled in the community.. she could have simply helped as i was advised by another notary that she just had to stamp and see the agreement happen.. And that was way to much for herto do 25 min till close.. i would never ever use this company . My VIN form didn’t have the ELT number for my lienholder so he called the bank and got the number as I tried the day before for several hours without any luck. The vehicle from VA does not have a title as it is a commonwealth like PA and he told her what her next steps are and how to try and expedite it. Also, by coming to a notary, we didn’t have to go to a mechanic first for VIN verification as he took care of it here. Now all we have to do is get emissions testing. My VIN form didn’t have the ELT number for my lienholder so he called the bank and got the number as I tried the day before for several hours without any luck. Very rude and unprofessional did not know the first thing about giving a launching sticker for a kayak. News flash it does not need a point if orgin of purchase because it does not have a motor. Then didn’t know anything about transferring a car to pa from Ohio. More likely did not want to do the paperwork. Linda was very unprofessional I’ll take my business to Joe fidas!!!

Terrible. In for a simple title transfer and greeted by just about the most rude and contrary woman ever. Someone who should NOT be involved in customer service. Had I spoke down to customers as she did on even one occasion, I’d lose MY job of nearly 20 years on the spot. Their paperwork listing PASSPORT as valid ID for notary services. Went in for title transfer. Title transfer IS A NOTARY SERVICE!?!? But she refused my valid passport ID and my old pa drivers license as invalid!!! Not sure what crawled up her rather large posterior, but won’t use em again!!! Had AAA Still been open, MCCARRELLS IN WASHINGTON, pa would have forfeited our 107.00 for sure!!
