Once they get your money, it’s over. They will never contact or update you you on your case. You call them on the business day and hours they put on hold or not even answer your call. The last time I went to their office they told me that Mckinney works at night and sleep during the time and I should email her about my case. Nevertheless, I did email her, but never got a response. To be clear here, if you’re in business put the correct hours of your business and stop miss leading you clients. And remember honest and trust come first, and once you lose it you can’t get it back

Paid $200 for 30 minutes to speak with the Attorney, ended up speaking with the secretary, very unprofessional. She said he was busy.

Hired them to help with a fiancee visa. Paid the substantial fee and they completely passed it off to the local U.S. Representative to follow up. Which they did successfully. I’m not aware if McKinney actually did anything. But the gripe is, about 2 years later, tried to contact them represent in the Change of Status of Green Card. They did not respond to emails or to the contact form in the website. Why have the contact form? Why have email addresses if you are not going to respond. Clearly demonstates either they don’t want or need the business or are very disorganized. I’m sure there are other immigration attorneys in GB that are interested in the business and have more respect for their clients.

So far (as of Oct.11th, 2021) the transition from Yañez Imigration Law to McKinney Imigration Law has been very confusing and frustrating. I will make an appointment to speak to someone and hopefully we can get things straightened out, so that we are all on the same page.

The firm was contracted to perform services on my behalf. I made my deposit promptly. In fact, I made 60% instead of the required 50%. I heard nothing from anyone one not even the assigned paralegal. I had to contact the firm repeatedly (17 calls over two days). Voicemails were left, emails were sent. It was as if once money was collected that was it. They were nice and accommodating prior and once money was collected that changed. Due to the lack of service and communication, requested a refund. I was told I would receive a refund less $500, as there was a charge of $250 each for me and my son for files opened. Bear in mind, a paralegal has never contacted me to collect data to start work on my case and file. I am extremely disappointed as this firm was referred and this is the poor service I received.

Working with this Firm was the best decision ever! At first I was Skeptical based on how many reviews they had compared other firms I looked up. Speaking with Ann Marie sealed the deal, her approach and honesty convinced me and I trusted her with my case. Her team handled my case diligently and professionally.

Where do I begin? You might think that this is another negative review that someone, like me, is posting because I didn’t get my way or what I want it.
