It took only 1 call to realize how unprofessional and condescending this person was after simply inquiring about the return of my cash bond which was my ONLY involvement in this case. She did nothing to ensure my bond money was returned prior to withdrawing & had the ordacity to hang up. She dropped the ball regarding my BOND & allowed her emotions to cloud her judgement.
