I met with Jeff regarding a will so that I knew my child would be taken care of properly if something was to happen to me. Jeff was very professional and knew which questions to ask to make sure he got everything covered. He was very kind very understanding and allowed me to grieve and help me through the complete process of settling my mothers estate. His kindness was from there from the beginning to end.My questions were answered my fears were calmed.Shelly was beyond helpful any questions I had she was right there to help me from needing copies of papers to just answering simple questions.She had the answers.When Mr Backo had to leave town because of an emergency. Critical: ProfessionalismI wanted to have a consultation with Mr. Backo and was told that their law office doesn’t require masks. Not only do they not require them, but the receptionist Shelly almost laughed at me when I asked why they are not enforcing a mask policy. It appears as if Mr. Backo and the rest of this firm don’t believe in the severity of this pandemic. I wanted to have a consultation with Mr. Backo and was told that their law office doesn’t require masks. Not only do they not require them, but the receptionist Shelly almost laughed at me when I asked why they are not enforcing a mask policy.
