Michael Moyer is an excellent advocate for his clients. I recently watched him get a prosecutor to completely dismiss a DUI case. It was a drug DUI with multiple drugs involved and very bad facts. Mr. Moyer looked past that and used science and the law to show the DA that this wasn’t a DUI matter. Most lawyers would have just told their client to take an ARD. Not Mr. Moyer. His client STILL has a clean record becuse of him.
