I specialize in serving Lancaster, Palmdale, Rosamond, Lake L.A., and the surrounding communities of the Antelope Valley, and the entire SoCal area, being only minutes away at any time. I would also be happy to travel anywhere in Southern California to serve my customers’ notarial needs.Mobile service is based upon the basic fee, plus a travel fee. Basic Notary Fees (per signature): $15 Travel Charges for most areas of Lancaster and Palmdale: $25 Travel Charges for most areas of Rosamond: $40.
One of the following valid identifications (either current, or issued within the past five years) is required for each signer for notary NOTE: A California state issued driver’s license or ID card (temporary driver’s licenses, or IDs are not acceptable); Driver’s License or ID Card issued by another U.S. state (with a photograph, identifying number, physical description, and signature); U.S. Passport; Foreign Passport stamped by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service; Military service ID card or ID card issued by the U.S. government (with a photograph, identifying number, physical description, and signature); Drivers license officially issued in Mexico or Canada (with a photograph, identifying number, physical description, and signature); Inmate ID Card issued by Department of Corrections (if inmate is in custody); Two credible witnesses that personally know the signer in the case where the document signer lacks ID. The credible witnesses cannot be named in the document and cannot have financial interest in the document.

Stephanie is such a wonderful person, I have always been afraid of getting my blood draw but with stephanie she explained what she’s doing in very steps, she talk to me so i would not be afraid of the needle, she make me so relax that I didn’t even felt when she poke me or even when she remove it. all i head was I am done that it good job you did. she made me laugh, that was the best blood work I ever had done right in my own home. well i can say this much no more waiting for 30min to hour in the lab office, i will just call Stephanie she is my to go girl for all my blood work. I 100% recommend her. she’s nice and very professional.
