I am going to start by saying that I am not a client, but I wish I was. I called Naveed because I was so frustrated with my own lawyer being so unresponsive. It’s been over 2 years and I have no idea what is happening with my case. I spent 15 min on the phone with Naveed and I had pretty much had all my questions answered. Starting from my case number and my scheduled court dates to exactly what kind of case is being filed and what it means. Things my own lawyer should have informed me about. I hired Mr Siddiqi first to evict a tenant in my basement. He got the tenant out after the first court date. Then it turned out that the tenant had filed a complaint with the city and the city came and gave me violations for the basement apartment. Again I called Mr. Siddiqi who appeared very knowledgeable about the problem. After a great first experience I retained him to fight the violations. Like a magician, he beat the violations and I feel so blessed that I chose him to take care of my problems. He is sincere, patient and was always very responsive to me. He even accommodated me by opening his office on a Sunday! I always felt like I was his only client with the level of service I received. I recommend highly!!

My Tenant’s lawyer filed a Yellowstone injunction when I served him a notice to cure for lease violations. MR. Siddiqi got their Supreme Court case thrown out and got me back into landlord tenant court. The tenant agreed to leave and I am able to save my building from foreclosure. The New York landlord tenant system is broken for landlords, and you need a savvy, knowledgeable Attorney like Mr Siddiqi to help guide you. He is my guardian angel. He responded to me on weekends when I was freaking out. He made communication easy, and has a client log in system that always kept me in the loop of where my case was. Mr Siddiqi and his assistants Robert and Kady are a great team. I had a tenant that had been squatting in my rental apartment for more than 2 months. I contacted Mr Siddiqi through a mutual friend and low and behold we hit it off. Mr Siddiqi is a very reputable lawyer from what I have seen going forward with my case. It seemed like everyone in the court new him and had a good word to say to him. In the end he resolved my matter in a timely fashion at a good price. I definitely would use him in future and do recommend him.
