Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI honestly would give him a zero if that were possible. I used Campiti because he was referred to me by 3 different people. Maybe he used to be good or maybe they just had better luck. For me, he was unprofessional, rude, did not reply to emails or messages until I would basically threaten to fire him, then he would reply. He did not complete tasks in a timely manner and overall was rude and disrespectful. He was always full of excuses for why he was not responding for weeks at a time. I honestly would give him a zero if that were possible. I used Campiti because he was referred to me by 3 different people. Maybe he used to be good or maybe they just had better luck. Left a final message asking for a reply to at least tell me that there not interested in my case & finally the secretary from a different lawyer in the firm called to let me know they were to busy.
