We had a property dispute with our completely unreasonable neighbors and we hired NBJ attorneys for help. Our lawyer immediately stepped in and took control of the situation. And within one week our problematic neighbor was no longer a problem. We have not heard from her since. Our attorney was aggressive, thoughtful, and very considerate of our money. He did everything possible to maximize our outcome while minimizing our attorney fees and bill. At first, we wanted to sue our neighbor, but our attorney resolved the problem without need for costly litigation. We were very thankful to avoid the time and costs of a lawsuit. I would like to say we are so thankful and pleased with the amazing and thorough work that was done by our Attorney. We were in a situation last summer at one of our favorite campgrounds where this crazy lady attempted to wrongfully sue us over our daughter. She had said that our 5 year old fell and scratched the side of her truck. Few weeks later her insurance company calls me and states that her client did not have any witnesses that could identify my 5 year old and that she did not have a case. Weeks go by and the same insurance company calls and says she suddenly FOUND A WITNESS that could identify my daughter and that we needed to pay 900$ for damage. With having 4 kids and a smaller income I was stressed until we found this amazing Lawyer who looked at our case and he told us that he would handle it. with in a few days the case was DROPPED. So we will definitely be using him and his Law Firm in the future if ever needed and would refer him to anyone and everyone.

Their response time was prompt which helps in dealing with a situation that is abrupt. They listened to all I had to say about my situation, which was probably quite a lot since I never envisioned being in this position. It was reassuring to have someone who truly listened to what I had to say and could back it up with solid legal advice, including giving me options and different scenarios. Having to deal with a difficult situation is stressful and having a strong partner on my side really helped me carry through and come out better on the other side.
