The service this office provides is below one star. If you would like to work with a group of people that are incompetent, not reliable, and don’t keep their word this is the office for you.I called them in the morning to schedule an appointment, so they took my name and said the lawyer will call me shortly. After a couple of hours, I decided to call them again since I haven’t heard back form the lawyer. They told me the same thing that he will call me by the end of the day in a couple of hours. He never called that day. The next morning I called them again and explained what happened, and she still told me the lawyer will call me by 6 PM. I call them at 6:45 PM, and yet again – without apologizing nor trying to understand – she told me the same, the lawyer will call you later today. Very unprofessional and disgusting service.
