I have never dealt with such rude employees. On multiple phone calls and in person. Threw my receipt at me and slammed the door in my face. Demands you wear a mask, but they don’t wear masks. Highly recommend you avoid using this law office.

The lack of professionalism is astonishing. I was given misinformation and simply asked for clarification moving forward. The representative Donna was rude, dismissive, and cut me off several times. When I asked her to please let me finish my questions, she responded with “well what more questions do you have I’ve answered what matters” again, while cutting me off. I was so taken aback I had to ask was her day going okay!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy health care provider made an error on my bill – I ended up with Parrish & Lebar (they’re just a Collections firm – don’t get confused or scared by their business name). They refuse to acknowledge provider billing errors (even when Provider admits error and provides proof from their end of their error AND reimbursement to me of their fees for the error). They’re in it for a cut of your money and they have NASTY attitudes. Just try calling their general number – the receptionist doesn’t even say “hold” when you ask to speak to someone. She barely lets you finish before cutting you off. It was not hard to find,, I parked out front. The front door was locked but clearly marked with instructions as how to proceed. The person who assisted me from the restitution department was very friendly and helpful. No problems at all.

This is my second time dealing with this office. The woman I spoke to today was extremely inconsiderate, disregarding of my concern, and would not listen to me as I asked questions to further help me understand my options. She was rude and to a degree ignorant of the information I needed. She simply did not care about trying to help someone work through trying to find a solution to the issue at hand. This is NOT the way to treat the general public and speaks volumes of this woman’s character and disposition towards helping people. I hope she learns empathy and patience.

Recurrent rudeness. Toxic. They speak over you & hang the phone on you: a reflection work culture. Sam Walton summed it up nicely: “The way management treats the associates is exactly how the associates will treat customers.” Still, “Hurt people hurt people.” I hope you will review this honest feedback. I read ALL of these reviews before going to the office so that I would know what to expect. I’ve come to the conclusion that I must have went to the wrong office. These were some of the kindest and most professional people I’ve ever met. Not one employee passed me without speaking or asking about my day. They explained the process and was very patient.
