Patrick Long Law Firm, PC, was founded in 2014, in Boston, Massachusetts. My first case came from lawyer referral services and client referrals from the Suffolk County House of Correction. One of my first major cases was a class-action suit filed on behalf of immigration detainees being paid a sub-minimum wage in the Massachusetts area. IR-1: for the spouse of a U.S. citizen. IR-2: for unmarried children of a U.S. citizen who are under 21 years of age. IR-3: for orphans adopted abroad by a U.S. citizen. IR-4: for orphans who are to be adopted in the U.S. by a U.S. citizen. IR-5: for the parents of a U.S. citizen who is 21 or older.
