This man wasn’t even my lawyer but was my ex’s. What a joke. Everyone thinks I’m a bad person because of this unethical lawyer. I received a call from him on the day of court, never received Notice Of Appointment. I had 30 min to get to court which would of never happened as I worked 30 minutes from my sleeping quarters and and 20 min to the court house. You do the math. Improper procedures and my sonwas adopted by afamily who said they knew the judge and they would make sure they made me look crazy. When I told them Iwas going to contact the judge my phone all at oncehad no service. Then I find out later the place I was working, a Mr.Petty picked up in HR dept. This is sad and the punitive damages are done. I now work at government agency and I have over heard conversation a Mr. Petty has spoken to my boss a PEC.

Extremely pleased with this law firm. There has never been a time when I’ve entered this law firm and have not been greeted right away. The receptionist are extremely friendly and check you in right away. I have used Michael Petty on several occasions; I’m very pleased with the outcome. Micheal puts a lot of time in reviewing his cases before trial. He has always been upfront with what he thinks will possibly happen. I was never given false hope in the four cases he represented me on. He fights hard for his clients. Micheal doesn’t just automatically try to settle for a plea deal; he will fight for you.

Using Paul as my personal attorney was the absolute most detrimental decision I made during my wife’s divorce. He allowed me to be charged with child neglect by her dads security guard, even though the “witnesses” weren’t even present in court. He colluded with her family behind my back.
