Very rude, ignorant staff. They have no idea how to treat people and they use their position of authority in a cruel, I humane manner. They should try and see what would happen in that facility if they started treating humans like humans. People like this have no business being in that position because they are only compounding the problems that exist with the inmates and add to the misery of the friends and family who visit.
