If you’re seeking help with a visa for your fiancé(e) or spouse, look elsewhere. First, Mr. Athari charges $3,400 to file an I-129f/I-130 for you, despite that it requires minimal work on his part and he’s unfamiliar with most embassy/country requirements. You’re better off looking to support groups on social media to find guidance. Save that money by learning to file yourself (not that hard), then spend it instead on your family/wedding/travel.

We were not impressed with this office nor the attorney himself. They offer Free Consultation, but he doesn’t give you the respect nor he doesn’t want to hear what you have to say after you tell him why you are there for. He’s listed as an Immigration Attorney, but doesn’t take the time to listen to the person seeking help. He practically boots you out of his office with his attitude, non-professionalism manner. He comes across as racist and not caring manner. I would never recommend anyone to him. You are better off looking for an Attorney who cares about your case and not so much about the money they are charging. It’s all political. I am changing my stars if I could give a no star I would do that.

Once you pay your fees, they forget about you and you have to be the one reaching out—in the almost 10 years our case has been processing, we have only met with a lawyer a couple of times. Currently, neither of the lawyers in charge of our case are with the firm, and we have not been able to talk to another lawyer. The paralegals give you the runabout and don’t call you back, and the last we called, we called without our giving names and were told that under our circumstances we had no chance—so why did they take our thousands of dollars if that was the case?
