Realistically nobody wants to go through a bankruptcy but when you are put between a rock and a hard place and it’s your only option I would trust nobody else then the people at Rodney Scott. Rodney and Jenny are a godsend, through the entire ordeal that is a bankruptcy case they did nothing but calmed my nerves and make sure that everything was in proper order so that I got the results that I needed. Back in 2001 I was a single mom with two boys about to lose my home. I only had once 300.00 Credit card and one loan at the time along with my other bills. I had just had a lot of things happen and I couldn’t make ends meet. I struggled for two years not knowing what to do. Finally, I went to see an attorney in Tyler who said I didn’t have enough debt, even though I was about to lose my home. When I visited with Rodney Scott, I felt the first since of relief and left his office with a smile on my face. I filed my Chapter 13 and everything went through just fine and I received my discharge. We became instant friends during that time and remain best friends to this day. The reason I work here now, is because I know what it feels like to feel hopeless and desperate. I know the sense of relief that the Chapter 13 gave me and because of this I can empathize with others that come through feeling lost, desperate and hopeless.
