Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI spent so much time helping them with my case . I signed a contract for them to get half of my dollar amount on my case because it was more about what was done to me then money . They had me spend so much time helping them and they called me about taking my case , I didn’t go to them they found me , making me promise to not use another attorney because they wanted me to make sure I had no other attorneys working to help me. Then without a phone call they sent a letter dropping my case because they said theydidn’t have enough staff to work on my case . I clearly asked them about how my case was being handled and they led me on constantly. Obviously there culture is not good to there clients and you will be wasting your time, believing them and there concern for you , I suggest you reconsider. Truly a racket and not upstanding attorneys or staff . Buyer and clients beware of this practice. They can not be trusted . They will waste your time and they will lead you on until they send you a letter dropping you like a ROCK!!!!! not caring about you or your relevance. Do not let yourself be had by theseSwindlers who don’t have a care in the world about you . Completely blindsided by them and there way of conducting themselves.
