I had an unfortunate experience where a driver turned directly into my path while on a bike in a parking lot (I was in the proper lane) resulting in my colliding with his vehicle and fracturing five ribs. I gave the insurance company a chance to do right by me but unfortunately they really didn’t. I am an avid cyclist who’s lifestyle is centered on riding my bikes. Last year I was hit by a car while I was out riding my road bike. A fellow cyclist friend recommend Roman Austin. I made a phone call and talked to Stephanie and she quickly got my case started and had set up appointments with medical professionals I needed to see. I am very appreciative for their quick help. All I could think about was getting back to cycling, the insurance and the lawyerly stuff was foreign to me. Within I a week of the accident I had a check to reimburse me for my damaged bike. After my wounds healed I was back on my new bike, which even as I was flying through the air, I was wondering when will I be riding again. My settlement was more than I ever thought I would get.
