Advised “at this point can’t help you”, call attorney that drafted your mom’s will’. It’s very hard to have a parent pass, adding on the loss of a sibling communicating, the estate probate closed. When does this office assist ??? My brief experience is that what they advertise as a service is not what they do or they have plenty of work and helping to right a wrong is not on the list of ‘to do’. They advertise ‘estate probate’. Asked me several questions. Advised “at this point can’t help you”, call attorney that drafted your mom’s will’. It’s very hard to have a parent pass, adding on the loss of a sibling communicating, the estate probate closed. When does this office assist ???
