Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValuePlease avoid this company. I Hired Serotte Reich in 2017 (4 years ago) to deal with an immigration case. In this time they have taken over $20,000 USD from me and achieved absolutely nothing. The most frustrating thing is that they barely respond, I have waited up to 6 months before for a simple reply back to an email, They have no empathy or professionalism to even pick up the phone to give a simple update. My last response from them was over a year ago even though I have called and emailed multiple times. If you want to charge clients thousands of dollars, at least have the the common courtesy to spend 30 seconds replying to an email I have been scammed and I do not recommend anybody hire them as you will lose your money.Please avoid this company.
