Our buyers chose this law firm for closing. There ended up being an issue with paperwork which postponed closing a few months, not a fault of Attorney Branson Pethel’s but the attitude from those involved throughout this process was completely unprofessional. I’ll focus this comment on my last interaction with them. Day of closing I was emailed two different Closing Disclosures to sign and email back since I wasn’t local. One was emailed after buyers signed paperwork and left their office than another CD was emailed the following morning, both sent over by two different paralegals. While reviewing them I noticed the math was different on both. That morning I was already in discussion with them via email while we cleared up another issue. When I mentioned there was a discrepancy in the paperwork they told me to call them to explain.
