Do not under any circumstances work with David Nielson. He is the most unethical lawyer I have ever come across. He intentionally avoids returning phone calls to settle your case so that he can keep charging the client. I personally left messages and emailed him to attempt to resolve an issue and he refused to reach out so that he could continue charging. Do not trust him under any circumstances.

An attorney took my call and answered some legal questions prior to having me come in for a consultation and that seemed very cool in this day an age to get a live attorney before moving forward in a decision.

We worked with Joseph Ballstaedt on an non-compete issue with a newly hired employee. We were very pleased with Joseph’s responsiveness and knowledge and he was well prepared for the hearing we had on this matter. I would highly recommend Joseph Ballstaedt at SNJ law. Robb Taylor

I called a few law offices regarding a small commercial dispute, this was the most helpful and human call I made. I have not hired representation yet, because I may not need to in order to resolve my complaint, but this would definitely be a place I recommend and will use in the future if I ever need representation. Thanks!

I tremendously appreciate the time and care that the SNJ Legal team gave to my case. I always felt like they had my best interest in mind. Would highly recommend working with Stevan or Mark.

I own a construction business and was greatly impressed with two of the attorneys I dealt with, Conrad and David. I’m a repeat client of several years and these guys are my go to lawyers.

Wish you didn’t require even your RECEPTIONISTS to have a bachelors degree. People don’t go to school for years to be a receptionist, just saying.
