As a prepaid legal (legal shield) member since 2002, this particular law firm is a real waste of the practicality of the legal shield resources. This law firm weaseled their way out of the prepaid legal obligation to represent me in my civil case, because I turned it into them a few days late… There was only one bright spot was Clarissa West, she actually helped me, she gets 4.5 stars for doing all she could to help me… The whole legal process was 490 days and I had to represent myself in a case that this Lawfirm wanted $3,000 to represent me on a $2143 case and I lost on a technicality that a skilled practitioner of the law would have been able to win. So boo to this law firm.

I sent in a document for review and after the attorney had it for 2 months his solution was to write a letter to the opposing party. The interesting thing is there was no opposing party. This has to do with understanding a HOAs CC &R’s and how to navigate them. Horrible waste of time

We submitted our petition for divorce to them in April, it’s now August and they still haven’t corrected issues from the first “draft”. What should take 30-90 days in Utah is clearly taking much longer due to a “lost our secretary” story. Divorce is hard enough as it is but these guys sure aren’t making it any easier. Two stars because they do answer questions when you have them and an extra one because they seemed concerned about things being “fair” for the petitioner
