Good Day……I rate your service as a 0. The lady answering the phone was rude and very unhelpful. It takes a lot of pride and heart ache for someone to reach out for help and when you do, you certainly don’t want to run into a careless individual. She act like she didn’t want to be there or certainly not be the person answering the phone or questions. After feeling so upset….I spoke of this at my office and one other lady said she got the same response when she called there one day. Perhaps your employees could at least act like the want to help people.
