I had a motorcycle accident 2 years ago and it was someone else’s fault that left the scene without identifying themselves so I assumed there was no one I could go after. 2 years later I was talking to a friend and we were talking about prior accidents and I mentioned the one I had. My friend immediately said to call Spada Law Group and speak with the Case Manager, Joan. He said your motorcycle policy covers you for your injuries if it was someone else’s fault even if the person took off.
