The Carr Law Group is an established and reputable full-service family firm of legal professionals serving the entire Northeast Georgia community, with offices centrally located in Habersham, Hall and White counties in the cities of Clarkesville, Gainesville and Cleveland. The firm is unique in that it was founded by and is still comprised of two brothers and a sister, who are each attorneys: Spencer Carr, Emily Carr and Quentin Carr. As such, the firm strives to keep core family values at the forefront of their practice. I had a need for legal advice / counselling. I simply filled out the online request on CARR’s site and included a brief summary. (The more detail you provide the better). In under 1 hour I received a call from one of their offices. Was told my inquiry was received and they would like to schedule an initial call. An attorney had already confirmed a day and time. This was on a Friday. The meeting was schedule the following Monday. I received a call as scheduled. Had a good “to the point” conversation. I was given the advice needed. I will definitely keep this firms information in the event I need anything in the future. Very good service.

I said only a registered agent for a business license. She mentioned the first available appointment was almost 2 weeks out, and I didn’t think we needed to meet with anyone. They must want to bill you just to come out and ask about a registered agent. All firms that do this have a fixed annual or monthly fee to be your registered agent. Maybe they don’t understand that.
