Critical: Quality, ResponsivenessIt took 2 years for my son’s case to be resolved… Within those 2 years communication was terrible sometimes I wouldn’t even get a call back for like a week later! Once the case was resolved our lawyer didn’t even communicate that it was, I received a letter from the courthouse called the number and they told me that my lawyer should have explained the letter to me!!!!! Basically we waited 2 years for $1000(smh) which was put into an account! That my son can’t receive until another 5 years! Which we would have took $500 because we needed to pay for medical essential! It took 2 years for my son’s case to be resolved… Within those 2 years communication was terrible sometimes I wouldn’t even get a call back for like a week later! Once the case was resolved our lawyer didn’t even communicate that it was, I received a letter from the courthouse called the number and they told me that my lawyer should have explained the letter to me!!!!! Critical: Quality, ValueTheir investigative staff were really nice, however, when it came down to the process of the case, they were really inconsistent and unorganized. I was in an auto accident in May and I signed for my settlement in August. Within that settlement was the payment of the hospital bill (supposedly). It is now October and I received a letter in the mail stating that my hospital bill was now in collections. When calling to find out any information from either the paralegals or investigators, no one seemed to know the answer. My boyfriend’s car was declared a total loss in July, it is now October and the bank is STILL taking money from his account for that debt. He is now paying 2 cars, his Corolla (total loss) and a Camry (new car). When contacting the attorney, he said my boyfriend would have to contact his bank to see why they are taking that money out still for his Corolla. Isn’t that a part of the legal teams job?
