There was hardly any communication. I would call leave a message with the young secretary who didn’t have any answers for me and I wouldn’t get call backs. I asked about spousal support during the process, she said wait till mediation. I don’t know how she thought I was going to eat. I asked for spousal maintenance during mediation and I was told the judge would never grant that. I said after 40 years of being married the judge wouldn’t order spousal maintenance when he was basically the sole provider for all them years? I couldn’t understand that but basically shuts you down. Third time she came to my room during mediation she says if I don’t work it out now she’s going to have to drop my case because I don’t have enough money to continue. I thought she was supposed to be my attorney. she was paid in full. As a matter of fact, we tried to work it out during the first mediation and go to counseling so we decided to hold off on the divorce. When we were ready for the second mediation and divorce, she charged me double for the same amount of time and it wasn’t because the mediator was charging double. Plus we were only there for 30 minutes the first time. I told her during the proceeding that he had lied to the judge and said I was working when I wasn’t. Nothing was said or done about that. I asked several times. She didn’t fight for the money that was missing in the savings that I told her about. We had our mediation in July. She said the divorce was final at that July appointment with mediation. However the papers were never sent to the judge to sign to get the final decree until September. After mediation is signed the ex , broker my hot tub. There were no penalties for that or anything else that he broke. I asked to send a letter to the retirement fund that he gets that I’m supposed to get half of she says that’s a separate case, more money. Just like contempt on him for not doing what the judge ordered is a separate case and just like him breaking my things is a separate case. I don’t understand you spend all this money on an attorney and she didn’t do anything. So my outcome after this was no spousal maintenance after 40 years of marriage and I’m 60 years old now, the house has been sold and he gets away with lying to the judge. Don’t waste your money is all I can say. She didn’t do anything to fight for me. I would never recommend her.

They all work together. She tried to get me to coward down for the plea bargain which we know is not really a bargain for anyone except the ones who want to justify taking our money. I had to request a trial for my charges to be dismissed. Good luck if you got her. She is not working for you.
