There is no direct access to her and response to questions comes from her assistant who also delayed and made excuses. Ultimately several weeks late, my own work which I provided to her assistant, was retyped and sent back to me for my signature by her assistant. She then retained my entire retainer by fabricating hours. They sent out an attorney substitution letter a week after I specifically said don’t, failed to provide me with a necessary document claiming it took 5 weeks to get. I was able to get it in 2 days after I terminated her services. I was deceived and manipulated by Kara Holtz and her associate.Kara Holtz did not perform the work she was hired for. Kara Holtz and her legal team took great care of my high conflict custody case from beginning to end. My family was in good hands as Mrs. Holtz showed care and professionalism and compassion for our family’s concerns. She was very thorough and methodical with how she helped us navigate through a very difficult case. She kept us informed and was always available despite her heavy workload. She always made time to speak with us and meet with us. She never missed returning a call and keeping me informed on the status of the case.
