Critical: ProfessionalismDeceptive claim. We contacted this company for help determining if we have a lemon law case. They instructed us to send all of our records, and said they would review the records and let us know within a day if we have a case. It turns out this is some sort of referral service for lemon law attorneys. All they do is pass the records on to attorneys local to the area that you call from. This was not disclosed to us. They instructed us to send all of our records, and said they would review the records and let us know within a day if we have a case. The presented case with the documents was review it and on the spot they starting to work with it. No respect for your time. Considering that cars are more than often used on a daily basis for individuals, it’s vital to treat case reviews urgently which they do not. I waited for an opinion for several days despite me following all their requests and even being promised a call back the same day. It wasn’t until I followed up by email that I received a call telling me I didn’t have a case (which is completely false considering I’ve gotten several opinions by other attorneys and even mechanics working for the Manufacturer telling me the problem occurring is life threatening and I’ve taken it to be brought it way more than necessary). I only waited for these people to call back thinking it’d be better to hire local but turns out that they’ll have people calling from several different numbers coming from all over the US. Sketchy.

I contacted the Lemon Law Attorneys for advice and they were fabulous in handling the situation with Volvo USA. They were very responsive and communicated things clearly every step of the way.
