Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Valuewas very excited to start working with this law firm after finishing my phone consultation with Kimberly Once I had everything I need to start working with them I contacted them letting them know I was ready for the process, they were suppose to send me an email with a checklist of everything I needed to do waited a week no email called the office make sure they took my right email and I was told I will be put on the list waited again and I’m yet to receive anything . I find this very unprofessional and a waste of time. If the firm wasn’t interesting in taking my case it would of been nice to be told so.
