Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI filed with them in July of 2019 for a Lyft settlement and received my check just two weeks ago and I was STOKED and I’m so appreciative. They have been extremely helpful and were transparent and extremely responsive, even all throughout the pandemic. They did ALL the hard work while I signed papers they sent over.

Critical: Quality, ValueJust FINALLY received my Tidrick Law Firm vs Postmates check and it bounces? You would think they would make sure all their checks are good before sending them out. Now I have to figure out how and who to get in contact with to get the money I deserve

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueTidrick Law Firm represented us in a class action trial.From what I saw from the attorney, and the support staff the entire team was on top of everything.Mr. Tidrick himself was upbeat energetic and had great command over the Courtroom.The most impressive part of Mr. Tidrick was the respect he was getting from the bench. I thought these lawyers were sharp persuasive and convincing. So did the jury. The jury verdict was unanimous for the workers. From beginning to end took years because the company wanted to settle for peanuts and the Tidrick Law lawyers said no way let’s keep fighting. So it took years but eventually the workers won and got paid. Before this experience I always heard you could only get a few bucks from a class action but here each of the worker got thousands! I was in the courtroom when these lawyers were doing a class action trial against a company playing fast and loose with the labor law. I thought these lawyers were sharp persuasive and convincing. So did the jury. The jury verdict was unanimous for the workers. I first lost my check, then requested another which they say they sent but I never received it (we get our mail stolen regularly and have no lock on them).The administrator stopped replying to me so I went back to the “text” person who was on it for me. I’m so appreciative of whomever that was. I finally received my check for Uber.Thank you again you “text” person. You rocked it. Administrator not so much. To simply stop communicating is a bad look. I finally get a call and accept an offer over the phone because I just want to be done with them and am tired of getting emails every day. Once I accept the offer I hear nothing from them. Went from getting conted every day to not being able to get in touch with anyone !. I contacted Simpluris,the company that emailed me confirmation of my offer and today they told me I need to contact a company called Epiq because that’s who was dealing with the case. Lies. I have the email from their company! Everything about this firm screams SCAM! STAY FAR AWAY! Just give us our money and leave us alone !!!!!Once again I’m writing a review. Once again I’m writing a review. My husband and I filed claims with Tidrick . As many others say, they send non stop emails with low ball offers. I finally get a call and accept an offer over the phone because I just want to be done with them and am tired of getting emails every day. Once I accept the offer I hear nothing from them.
