We are extremely disappointed with the actions of our attorney. We hired Mr. Rehmer to represent my significant other in family law matter. He told us his fees and it was accepted. A few weeks into the case we were told he was handing off the case to another atty in the office that didn’t have many cases and was “cheaper”. There was absolutely no communication with this atty except to say he didn’t feel he could do much better than what the opposing side was offering. Which honestly wasn’t much different. Yet the charges kept racking up. For “brushing up on family law taxes and a simple question asked. At court, the newly drawn custody papers weren’t even presented to us. And when they were finally sent, and and my SO was told to review them to see if everything was good, there were issues and he was told by Andrew that it couldn’t be changed now. ..to say we are extremely disappointed with this law firm is an understatement and would definitely not recommend them for family law.
