Rude and heartless people. After explaining to Ellie my medical condition (which causes severe seizures that has put me on life support due to aspirating vomit) which is a genetic condition I do not have control over (which affects my income significantly as I never know when I’ll be stuck in the ER and has reduced my monthly income by over a thousand bucks plus inflation) this individual has twice now said “I don’t want to hear your sob story I’ll put down you’re refusing”… I’m already stressed at the possibility of dying as my mom, aunt, grandmother, and great aunt did after they started having the same kind of seizures in their forties just like me and they act so cold….. Ohh this is on an accident in which I was riding a moped and was awaken by a police officer in the middle of the road (most likely had a seizure but just as possible the driver didn’t pay attention and hit me since drivers in Vegas think they own the road)… Had dozens of near misses because most drivers out here don’t care to pay attention to those other than those with four wheels (and I’m one of those that do ride a moped in the right hand lane always anxious about traffic)

Extremely disrespectful agent name Ellie was really ignorant and rude. Completely unacceptable to be that rude to someone who doesn’t even have an attitude with you. As soon as I called the manager Mark Davis he was extremely okay with his agent being disrespectful and when I tried to file a complaint about her he became extremely disrespectful and criticized everything I said and cared about nothing more than just them suspending my license. I got hung up on twice one by Eli and one by the manager Mark Davis. She was extremely rude and did not care about her behavior or how she would look had no sympathy had no charisma for being a grown woman and being respectful as me telling her I’m a 22-year-old she had no care in the world about her attitude about her comprehension it is just extremely sad how their business wants to run.

Rudest people I said I didn’t have the payment and the lady said she was gonna revoke my drivers license and hung up before I was able to negotiate installment plans so I called the supervisor wich sounded like her husband he got loud hostile disrespectful you could hear other women in the backround when he would disrespect me telling me he was going to revoke my license because he felt i wasnt going to pay a dime even though I was asking him for installment plans all they do is try to use intimidation.

Funny has anyone Actually had Actually had their licenses revoked from these people I was looking over reviews . Anna is bad about contacting or listening to her voice mails. She would have known a good time to contact me if she did. Oh well Anna I don’t pick up the phone while working or while sleeping I where given a good time to call and was left two messages so please leave a more detailed message then jest saying call some random company back if it’s important I should not have to google who u are and reading reviews looks like when we do finally talk it’s will be educational

I called to let them know that the incident that had happened on the of 03/07/2017 has already been taken care of. The agent that I talked to didn’t introduce herself, but she was telling me that I should pay $1510.90 I told her that I already took care of the issue since last year, and her car is fixed. I already paid the owners deductible, and we agreed that’s all I have to pay, nothing else. The agent said that it might have been between the owners and I agreement but I still need to pay the amount. Instead of $1,510.90 she will decrease $500.00 and make me pay $100.00 a month. I said “No, I am not paying.” She said that my license will be suspended if I dont and my registration also. I told her “Go ahead, have my license get suspended and my registration too. I have no car anyways.” She was pushing me to pay the amount until I asked her “Are you scamming me? Because I already agreed that my license should get suspended and my registration and you’re still pushing me to pay.” She said “You will have to pay the full amount.” And she hung up after that. I am not paying anything because I’ve done my part. This was already done last year and they’re chasing me after it? My license should have been suspended awhile ago if I didn’t pay that amount. I will go to the court if I have to and fight this. By the way, the owner of the car also thanked me for not running away from the issue last year, and I know where I stand. They can scam someone else but not me.
