They do not return voicemail or respond to emails but will send you a letter and demand payment for corresponding with you when they want to, what a scam

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueOur H.O.A uses Travis Law for representation of the association. Funny, how I was only looking up the firms phone number online and found a bunch or bad reviews mostly appearing like from parties that complained about collections. That makes sense. A law firm that is tasked with collecting past due debt (similar to a collection agency) will almost NEVER get 5 star reviews from debtors. As a board member my experience with this firm have been excellent. By the book. Attorneys are governed by law and this firm was fairly priced for its work provided to our H.O.A..Our H.O.A uses Travis Law for representation of the association. My Hoa deals with them. So I made schedule payments. They call saying they have not received last month payment, having send the check via usps mail. I went down in person to make a payment. Next month, I guess they found that check…. Because it was cashed. Making a double payment. That was not in the contract. My fault should have canceled the check. But have commen courtesy to call and say check has arrived or was found. They didn’t want to help with my situation. They’re a debt collector, was there answer. I have been help by Sharee, which is most humble understanding person there. 1 star for her 0 for Travis Law Firm. Hartless Lawyers with no face to face contact hidden behind a signature. And law degree.

Tried dropping off a payment like I normally do back a few months ago, during normal business hours. Walked in to find that the office was not locked, and was completely empty of any employees or anyone for that matter. Good luck with your personal information there, they seem to like to keep it out in the open, unlocked and unattended. Kind of sucks I even have to give it one star to leave a review.

Run very far, and very fast from this law firm if you have or are considering a collections or general council contract with them. Our HOA fired The Travis Law firm after years of paying the firm more money than it could return from delinquent homeowners. As for their general council abilities, The Travis Law Firm defended rogue board members who unilaterally altered our CC&Rs without approval of the homeowners. A judge charged the board with 2 civil violations for having violated amendment procedures. Despite the loss in court by a novice homeowner who represented himself, The Travis Law Firm walked away with thousands in legal fees. Two months before they were fired, the Travis Law firm attempted to block the election of two board members. Homeowners had to hire a lawyer to unblock their interference with our elections.

Our HOA has had a good experience with Travis Law. They do collect well on delinquent accounts and seem to be helpful with the homeowners in making payment arrangements.

Served on HOA board at time when contentious and heated HOA meetings resulted in firing of management firm and ousting of three board members. New management firm confirmed the Travis Law Firm was not well suited to continue representing us – that they had provided lackluster representation while charging costly services to protect the ousted over the course of years.

Travis—Maybe you should spend the extra buck to at least look professional..I have to admit the psycho was a nice touch .you almost cost me my relationship….

Have made multiple calls to assist a family member who is having serious health issues. They don’t take calls and they don’t return calls. They send letters to any address the person they are trying to reach may have lived at – regardless of how many years ago. They are just running up costs and don’t care. Call the AZ Bar Association to complain this is theft!
