Truce Law works with divorce and family law clients who are open to an agreement. Our goal is to make the divorce process as simple as possible by giving you the tools to find a solution. For spouses with complex finances or families, who need help reaching an agreement, we offer collaborative divorce. For families with an agreement in mind, we file uncontested divorces. If you have a simple divorce case without children we help clients easily file by mail. Lastly, we mediate family law issues. When you agree to terms, you’ll save thousands of dollars in legal fees, resolve the issues outside a public courtroom, and maintain control of the outcome by reaching a fair agreement on your terms.

Not only were they very reasonable in their mediation price, they saved us about 9 months of dealing with the Pierce County legal system. The initial lawyer I dealt with, not part of Truce, wanted thousands of dollars more and told me he wanted to take it all the way to court, when it really didn’t need to be. My former spouse and I were able to maturely work out many of the community property issues ourselves, despite having an initial attorney who didn’t want me to talk to her. Justin at Truce Law was so amazing through my divorce experience, It was challenging at times considering my spouse was incarcerated, but that was only because I was waiting on the jail and the notary department at the jail, but Justin was there walking me through every step of the way.
