The estate planning division at Greenman, Lacy, Klein, Hinds, Weiser consists of four attorneys; Kelly L. Hinds, Kurt Weiser, David V. Doria, and Angela M. Jenkins. With four attorneys on board, GLKHW’s estate planning division is the largest in North San Diego County. The estate planning division handles matters related to estate planning, decedent’s affairs, and estate litigation. Our attorneys will meet with you to create a customized set of documents often including a trust, will, and powers of attorney for health care and for financial management. The attorneys will also guide you through the process of funding your trust, transferring real property, and helping with beneficiary designations on non-trust assets.
